Build A Deck Long Island just replaced my 50-yr old 19’ x 19’ deck and did a fantastic job. I chose them because they just do decks, have many years of experience and also because Tom, the owner, conveys such strong pride in his work and high personal standards for his performance. My deck had some challenges since it was one story up overlooking a hill. Tom gave me great advice on material choices emphasizing strength, safety as well as aesthetics. The result was a gorgeous deck that exceeded my expectations! Tom and his crew did great work and kept me informed along the way. I am very happy with the process during construction as well as the result. I highly recommend them for any deck project – large or small.

We love our new deck and privacy wall. It looks so nice and we can finally enjoy our backyard. Tom went above and beyond to make our project perfect, he is such a good guy and so great to work with. He responded quickly to all of our emails and personally checked on all steps of the project. The work was done quickly with great attention to detail and our yard was left super clean. I couldn’t be happier with my new deck! The crew completely removed my old one and built a brand new deck from the ground up — the workmanship is absolutely top-notch. They worked quickly but with great attention to detail, and the finished product looks amazing. The owner Tom was super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, and his team was friendly, professional, and respectful every day on site. The pricing was very fair, and it’s clear they take pride in being honest and trustworthy. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for quality deck work done right! I’m telling you, reach out to Tom!
